The successful candidates will be responsible for nurturing existing customer relationships and generating new business, engaging directly with clients through visits and cold calling. They will need to assess customer needs, build strong and lasting relationships, and meet personal and team sales targets. Researching potential clients and following up on leads will be key aspects of the role. Attending sales meetings, events, and training sessions will help keep up with market trends, and weekly sales reports and feedback will be provided to management.Candidates should have proven sales experience, with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
