We are looking for a passionate UX Researcher to join a leading global tech company, renowned for driving innovation and shaping the future of digital communication. This is a remote role based in the UK.What youll do:Design and conduct end-to-end primary research using a mix of methods (e.g., in-depth interviews, focus groups, usability testing, concept testing).Analyse data using statistical methods such as regressions, ANOVA, and T-tests with tools like R, SQL, STATA, or SPSS.Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights to influence product and business decisions.Develop and deliver research roadmaps supporting product strategy and go-to-market planning.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, designers, and data scientists.Champion user-centricity across the organisation.What were looking for:+5 years of experience as a UX Researcher+3 years of experience conducting primary research using both qualitative and quantitative methods.Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field.Strong experience coding with R, SQL, STATA, SPSS, or equivalent.Skilled at applying statistical analysis methods and executing primary research hands-on.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and actively seek feedback.Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex findings into compelling narratives.Experience working in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to high-quality, rigorous research.Top 3 Non-Negotiable Skills:Foundational research experienceStatistical evaluationUsability testationWhat's on offer10 months contract - Potentially extensionHourly rate: 47.60 - 40hrs per weekRemote across the UKJoin a company where your work will impact millions of users worldwide and contribute to shaping the next generation of technology!
