This includes leading a team of technicians, ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining quality control, managing inventory, adhering to safety protocols, and delivering projects on time to meet customer expectations.Key duties of the Workshop Manager role include:Overseeing the provision and maintenance of the workshops facility and allocating resources to carry out all component maintenanceEnsuring compliance with MRP Part 145 requirements as the Nominated Post Holder for the WorkshopsMonitoring workshop output and performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiencyProviding guidance and training to the workshop teams to support continuous improvementMaintaining a clean and tidy working environmentThe Ideal Workshop ManagerThe company is seeking a candidate with demonstrable experience in aviation workshop management, including the control of aerospace components.
