As aSales and Lettings Negotiator , you will work across residential sales and lettings, engaging with landlords, tenants, vendors, and buyers, and contributing to the agencys success. The Package: Competitive salary of up to 28k basic plus uncapped commission, with OTE of 35k Monday to Thursday, 9:00am5:30pm, Friday, 9:00am5:00pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9:30am1:00pm (time off in lieu) Both office and field-based on appointments The Role: Register and qualify potential buyers and vendors Schedule property valuations and market appraisals Arrange and conduct viewings, providing detailed feedback Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers Progress sales to completion, maintaining communication with all parties Qualify prospective tenants and landlords Arrange and accompany property viewings Generate new business through referrals, canvassing, and local networking Negotiate tenancies and prepare tenancy agreements. Ensure properties comply with relevant legislation (e.g., EPCs, gas safety). Manage the letting process, liaising with landlords and tenants from instruction to move-in.
