Youll also work hand in hand with our capabilities team and Digital X colleagues to ensure we embrace and optimise the latest tools and technologies and make our business simple to deal with.Youll also be:Planning, prioritising, running and delivering multiple digital releases in parallel, working with your team, the required stakeholders and delivery partnersFocusing on identifying process improvements, simplification opportunities and eradicating waste, while optimising valueEnsuring governance, reporting and control, including all required delivery documentation using the appropriate framework and processesOwning risks, issues and dependencies, including assessments, ensuring mechanisms are in place to identify, report, manage, mitigate and escalate within the defined risk appetitePromoting continuous improvements, including engagement in delivery retrospectives to identify opportunities to improve processes and techniques to drive efficiencies and qualityEnsuing alignment with the business strategy and the strategic delivery plan across the domain to achieve optimal delivery modelsThe skills you'll needTo thrive in this role, youll need the ability to deliver complex initiatives or multiple releases in parallel, realising business outcomes and improvements to customer and colleague experiences that support strategic direction.In addition, youll bring knowledge and an understanding of technology systems and processes, as well as Agile methodology and experience in business change delivery. Youll also need the proven ability to adapt to quickly changing environments.Youll also need:The ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to colleagues at all levels, and influence, inspire and engage customers and colleaguesAn understanding and experience of change frameworks and idea to value tools and methodologiesThe ability to provide expertise in digital channels, including mobile, online and digital propositionsKnowledge of analytics, human centred design, customer insight and experience management, including journey mapping, UX and funnel managementGood creative thinking, collaboration and stakeholder management skillsLean, six sigma or similar qualificationKnowledge of the different businesses within our Group COO
