Knowledge of gym culture and an understanding of habits within all levels of gyms in the UK. Strong organizational planning and analytical skills Ability to document ideas and actions to drive performance from business plans A keen eye for detail and an ability to see potential within the sector Ability to gauge language to speak to all levels of management and influence Main Duties and Areas of Responsibility: Develop strong customer relationships within your territory and identify and unlock incremental distribution opportunities Sampling and talking knowledgably about all aspects of sports performance and supplementation. Maximise Glanbia Performance Nutrition brand presence within the trade in your territory Full understanding of features and benefits of all Glanbia products sold and the ability to lead conversations to promote these items Provide existing accounts with on-going support and identify additional opportunities for growth Lead/facilitate Glanbia Performance Nutrition category & brand training with key retailers/gyms/affiliations.
