Shirley Parsons is delighted to be working with a leading Facilities Management organisation seeking a Quality Auditor based in the Midlands, London, or Southern regions ideally. This home-based role involves managing your own diary and conducting internal audits fortnightly. Details: Salary: 45,000 plus a company car or car allowance (negotiable for the right candidate) Requirements: 2 years'' experience auditing ISO 9001 in FM, services, or construction sectors, with broad expertise in Quality Standards and Management Systems. Quality Auditor Responsibilities: Responsible for conducting audits of Corporate Policies & Procedures documentation and document all positive and negative information discovered. To ensure each operating unit / function operates within the policies, procedures and regulation. Establish, maintain and improve the operation of an efficient and compliant management systems framework and to ensure the framework is in place and managed. Actively participate with the compliance management team, sharing knowledge, best practice and work towards a standardised approach. Prepare electronic reports of the results of the audits and present the results to management, making recommendations as to what must be done to become compliant Provide Quality Manager with accurate and timely monthly operational report on all activities. Quality Auditor Skills & Experience: Proven track record in the provision of practical operational Quality solutions. Experience with the implementation and management of integrated management systems.jes Evidence of practical audit/inspection experience Good all round communication skills with employees, directors and clients.
