Youll be detail-oriented, creative, and effortlessly personablesomeone who builds rapport naturally and tailors recommendations based on insight and feedback.If you love going the extra mile and want to be part of a team that makes people smile every day, wed love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesBe a natural host with a passion for creating memorable experiencesSupport event planning, setup, delivery, and vendor onboardingConfidently use systems like Condeco and E-permitAssist with event admin, bookings, and communicationsHost pop-ups, activations, and campus-wide events (incl. out-of-hours)Ensure safe, high-quality event environmentsRespond to and manage event tickets via MS Forms or similarProfessional and Personal Competencies/QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in event managementConfident using Microsoft Office and property management systemsStrong phone and verbal communication skillsCustomer-focused, organised, and professionalTeam player with a proactive, energetic approachWorks well under pressure in fast-paced environmentsThe CompanyISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
