My client is looking for a Client Partner to join their high-performing Customer Success team and help drive success for some of the biggest names in advertising.As a Client Partner, youll play a critical role as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal stakeholdershelping Hold Co and Independent agencies unlock the full value of solutions my client offers. If you're passionate about client success, fluent in advertising tech, and ready to make a measurable impact, Id like to hear from you.The RoleClient Strategy & Consultation: Lead strategic discussions during pre-sales and sales cycles. Understand client goals working in collaboration with the sales team to offer tailored recommendations that drive performance.Advertiser Renewals: Own the media plan and RFP process in partnership with cross-functional teamsstreamlining workflows and driving renewal success.Presentations that Wow: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate the value and benefits of our solutions, tailored to meet specific client needs.Custom-Fit Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand technical requirements and deliver bespoke solutions that align with their business objectives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Customer Success, OpsFeasibility, Product, Marketing, and more to ensure best-in-class delivery.Training & Enablement: Simplify complex technical information into relatable, digestible information for both clients and internal teamsMarket Intelligence: Keep up to date on industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies to contribute valuable insights that inform/educate our customers and roadmap.About You5+ years as an Account Manager or Client Lead at a digital agency or AdTech companyStrong programmatic experience within CTV and Video A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesStrong analytical skills with a talent for turning data into insightExceptional client management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment with superior customer support skills managing Tier 1 brandsConfident communication and influencing abilities, both written and verbalTo apply for this role, or for more information please email your CV to kate@gmrecruit.co.uk
