Project Manager Role - Retrofit SpecialistsOur client are looking for a talented Project Manager to join their team of retrofit specialists who lead, design and coordinate retrofit programmes in social housing. The business is a social enterprise with a strong work ethic and passion for providing consistent quality and procurement oversight to their clients.The role will require you to work closely with clients to secure funding, procure and manage project teams and provide valuable continuity throughout installation to completion and handover. They're a tight knit team and youll work alongside their Founding Director and Associate Director.Role RequirementsARB registered or equivalent with 5 years experience post qualification. (RICS, RTPI, CIOB, APM)Demonstrable UK experience in leading construction programmes through to completion.Experience in leadership of multi-disciplinary programme teams with confidence in working collaboratively with peers, delivery partners, stakeholders and clients.Strong people and project management skills, ability to communicate professionally and adapt to different audiences.Up to date knowledge of traditional and modern construction techniques with experience in compiling Employers Requirements and administrating contracts.Applied knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Building Safety Act and statutory approvals.Applied understanding of various contracts, procurement routes and supply chain.Awareness of SAP, EPC, PAS2035, PAS2030 and TrustMark.Desirable: Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management / Level 3 Award inEnergy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings (we will support training)An ethical and values-led team player.Must have the right to work in the UK.
