Senior Conference Producer RemoteUp to 55,000 + profit share + benefits + working from homeRemote Based (London Meet Ups)Defence & Security SectorOur client is proud to be the worlds largest community designed to inspire and support C-Suite executives focused on Defence & Security and theyre looking for a Senior Conference Producer to join the team to work on new launches to the sector.Role Requirements and Responsibilities.Producing a targeted number of events per year (or equivalent) with workshopsIntensive research to ascertain and validate conference content with senior executives, plus some secondary publication and web researchDevelopment of in-depth master-briefs summarising the main findings of your research for the wider project teamInvitation, confirmation and management of ongoing relation with senior speakersRun events onsite, networking with senior executives and developing future businessWork closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and aid in the execution of comprehensive cross-functional strategiesBudgetary control of direct event costsCreation of original, engaging sales copy for the event brochure, website and associated mail piecesPerformance Criteria.Demonstrates strong productivity track record; proven ability to hit desktop on at least 3 consecutive product cyclesDemonstrates ability to generate seed ideas and a clear understanding/ability to work through the topic generation processTrack record of delivering growth across launch events2 Years + Conference Production expertise commercial ideally working on international portfolios For more info please send CVs to dan@mediasearchinc.co.uk or call 07815697641 for more info
