This is a high-impact role, reporting to the Head of Procurement, and ideal for someone ready to take ownership of complex, high-value commercial agreements across a highly regulated, multi-jurisdictional environment. Youll play a key role in shaping the organisations commercial legal strategy, supporting procurement functions, and guiding contract governance across international operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead the review and negotiation of a broad range of commercial and technology contractsCoordinate internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure aligned, compliant outcomesAdvise on procurement agreements, supplier contracts, and legal risk exposureSupport cross-border contract management, particularly UK and Irish jurisdictionsAct as the legal lead for strategic vendor engagements and procurement initiativesCollaborate with legal, procurement, and business teams to align on governance and deliveryAbout You:Qualified solicitor in the UK with 4+ years PQEStrong experience in commercial contract law within financial services, wealth management, banking, and techSkilled in managing complex, multi-jurisdictional agreementsStrong communicator with the ability to advise confidently at senior levelCommercially minded, with a pragmatic approach to legal riskFamiliarity with procurement processes and cross-functional collaborationWhat We Offer:Competitive base salaryUp to 40% annual bonus, paid in March18% non-contributory pensionHybrid working options (London or Southampton offices)Opportunity to contribute to a growing and respected legal function within a global organisation
