Were looking for a creative, detail-driven Development Chef to join our team and help shape standout menus for leading hospitality brands across the UK.This role is ideal for a hands-on, client-facing chef with a passion for development and a knack for turning ideas into fully costed, operationally sound dishes.What Youll Do Bring creative concepts to life through recipe development and kitchen testing Work directly with clients from brief to presentation and training Lead development sessions, tastings, and team workshops Ensure dishes are costed, scalable, and kitchen-ready Travel to client sites across the UK (and occasionally internationally)What You Bring Experience as a Development Chef, ideally across QSR, casual dining, pubs or restaurants Strong culinary background with a precise and practical approach Confidence in client settings from pitching ideas to leading cook-ups Flexibility, curiosity, and a love of all things food The right to work in the UK and ability to travelWhy Egg Soldiers?Were a specialist food innovation agency working with everyone from global brands to indie operators.
