We are working on behalf of a leading firm to recruit a Transaction Services Executive to join their growing Corporate Finance team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with either 1+ year of Transaction Services experience or a strong background in data analytics looking to develop within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.About the Role:The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting M&A transactions, performing financial due diligence, and using data analytics to deliver insights to clients. You will work alongside experienced professionals across the wider Corporate Finance team, gaining exposure to high-profile deals and strategic advisory work.Key Responsibilities:Support the execution of buy-side and sell-side transactionsConduct financial due diligence and detailed financial analysisUse data analytics tools to enhance due diligence and reporting processesIdentify trends, risks, and value drivers through data-led insightsContribute to client presentations and deal documentationCollaborate closely with senior team members and clientsCandidate Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in Transaction Services or a data analytics roleStrong analytical and numerical skillsProficiency in Excel; experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL, or similar is advantageousStrong communication skills, both written and verbalACA/ACCA qualified (preferred but not essential)
