Senior Prime Property ManagerBattersea Park35-40k + BonusExcellent benefitsThis upmarket global real estate agency with an enviable reputation and an international network of offices, has a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a Senior Prime Property Manager to join their established team in Battersea Park.You will be managing a portfolio of prime properties across the Royal Parks, and Battersea & Nine Elms area. The main purpose of the role is to ensure that the companys landlords and tenants receive an effective, customer focused property management service during their tenancy.To be considered you should have previous property management experience ideally within a London based estate agency, as well as exceptional communication and organisational skills. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!Responsibilities will include the following:Handling day to day property maintenance issues including utility billsPlanned maintenanceInvoice management and processingReporting to landlord and tenantOrganising safety certification and remedial worksNegotiating and distributing depositsComplying with the Employee Handbook including your Health and Safety responsibilitiesComplying with all current legislation affecting the businessEnsuring all management systems are kept up to date and maintainedVisiting the property before and during the tenancyDelivering excellent customer service at all times.Personal specification:Have at least 2 years property management experienceIdeally be ARLA/NFoPP qualifiedExcellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etcHave an ability to multi-task and prioritise effectivelyBe adaptable and a good team playerTo have a strong work and service ethicExcellent written and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a teamStrong organisational skillsMeticulous attention to detailHappy to take the initiative, responsibility and ownershipConfident in dealing with clientsHave the desire to exceed clients and customers expectationsHave a can do attitude and adopt a proactive approach.The salary on offer for this role will include a basic of 35,000 to 40,000, plus a quarterly discretionary bonus.Benefits include ongoing training and development opportunities, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Christmas and New Year, pension, private health insurance after probation, life assurance, discount portal, and more!You will be required to work one day per week from St Margaret Street.
