With an expanding portfolio and increasing deal flow in the DACH region, they are looking to add a high-caliber Associate to their London office.As an Associate, you will play a key role in all aspects of the investment lifecycle from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to executing transactions and supporting portfolio companies. Youll be part of a lean, high-performing team with direct exposure to partners, senior executives, and entrepreneurs.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed financial analysis and modeling for potential investmentsLead due diligence workstreams and coordinate with external advisorsSupport deal execution including structuring, negotiation, and closingConduct market and competitive research with a focus on tech/software sectorsDevelop investment theses and present recommendations to the investment committeeCollaborate closely with portfolio company management to drive value creation initiativesIdeal Candidate Profile24 years of experience in Investment Banking or Private EquityDemonstrated interest or experience in the technology or software sectorFluent German speaker with excellent communication skills in both German and EnglishEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitudeStrong executive presence with the ability to interact confidently with C-level teamsOutstanding analytical skills and commercial judgmentBased in London or willing to relocate
