Were looking for a commercially-minded Senior Project Manager to lead complex engineering programmes across international teams, playing a pivotal role in the delivery of cutting-edge automotive technology.Youll be the key customer interface from bid through to production, responsible for shaping project plans, managing risk, and ensuring deliverables hit time, cost and quality targets. This is a high-impact role where your leadership will directly influence project success and customer satisfaction.As the Senior Project Manager you will be part of a team shaping the future of sustainable transport with the freedom to drive meaningful projects, supported by flexible working, private healthcare, performance bonus (up to 15%), pension scheme, and development opportunities. Relocation support is available if needed.What youll be doing:Leading the preparation and submission of project bids and plansManaging stakeholder relationships acting as the voice of the customer internally and the voice of the project externallyDelivering projects through a structured, gated development processCoordinating multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, supply chain, quality and manufacturing (UK & China)Monitoring project health and reporting KPIs to senior leadershipActively managing risk, change, and issue resolution to keep delivery on track What were looking for:Demonstrated success in delivering engineering or automotive Tier 1 customer projectsA confident communicator with strong leadership and negotiation skillsTechnical understanding of product development and manufacturingA degree in Engineering or similar; APM qualification or Six Sigma experience is a plusExperience with project tools such as Microsoft Project, Confluence or JiraComfortable working in fast-paced, global teams with some international travelIf you are interested in discussing this Senior Project Manager role further - please contact Emily Wright
