About The Company:This is a standout opportunity to join a high-performance creative agency that produces best-in-class ad content for some of the most iconic direct-to-consumer eCommerce brands in the world.As a Senior Creative Strategist, youll take full ownership of ideating, scripting, and optimising paid social ad creatives that drive measurable performance.Working with 8- and 9-figure DTC brands, this role is about more than just writing briefs, its about crafting scalable ad concepts rooted in audience psychology, testing methodology, and real-time performance data.Youll collaborate with media buyers, growth marketers, and editors to produce campaigns that dont just look good; they sell.This position is perfect for someone fluent in the language of UGC, creative performance metrics, and eCom growth whos ready to lead strategy and scale output in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and script high-performing direct-response paid social ads tailored for DTC eCommerce brands.Lead creative strategy by analysing campaign performance data and iterating on winning angles and formats.Work cross-functionally with media buyers to align creative output with broader growth strategies.Leverage AI tools to scale concept development, scripting, and testing across multiple accounts.Act as a strategic partner to clients, presenting ideas and performance insights with confidence and clarity.Essential Experience:Proven experience as a creative strategist in a performance marketing or DTC/eCommerce agency environment.Deep understanding of ad creative psychology, performance testing frameworks, and data-led iteration.Native-level English communication with excellent scripting, storytelling, and presentation skills.Strong ability to manage multiple projects at speed without compromising quality.Passionate about embracing new technologies, especially AI, to optimise creative workflows and performance.Salary: 40,000 - 65,000 DOE
