The OpportunityThey are looking for an experienced Planner or Senior Planner to join their busy site team.The successful planner will work on the below project:Student Accommodation Project. The contract value is 250m+ with a 3 year programme plus PCSA stage.The project spans seven buildings including 4 new build high rise, 2 new build low rise and 1 refurbishment of an existing building.The CandidateIt is imperative that candidates have a good knowledge of the construction process and can integrate well in a site environment.They are seeking a Planner or Senior Planner with:Ideally Experience of Asta Power Project but would consider P6Previous experience of residential new build projects (From 50m+)Previous experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractorProven ability to oversee multiple project programmes simultaneously.Comprehensive understanding of all facets of development, including design, procurement, construction (spanning structure, architecture, and services), and commissioning.Outstanding communication skills, with the capability to effectively articulate critical issues and actively listen to and address others' concerns.In-depth knowledge of key aspects of commonly used contracts within the UK.They company have an excellent reputation for investing in their staff and have a proven track record of promoting on merit.They are offering a very competitive salary + a generous benefits package including Car Allowance, Travel, Life Insurance, Medical Plan, and other benefits.
