We are an outsourcing company that has clients in Europe, USA and Asia. We are looking for an Recruitment Procurement Specialist- EMEA to work for our valued client in their office in London. Our client is a social media video content platform for creating and sharing short lip-sync, comedy, and talent videos and with offices in most EMEA and AMS countries.Responsibilities:Responsible for procurement activities within the recruitment services category.Manage purchase requests of recruitment services category, execute procurement process, and maintain organized data records.Proceed with purchase orders and ensure efficient handling of sourcing requirements.Support project bidding by assisting in documentation, report preparation, and bidding coordination.Conduct market research and data analysis for staffing services, executive search, and background check industries to support informed procurement decisions.Qualifications:Educational Requirement: Bachelor or above preferred.Strong analytical and independent thinking skills, collaborative team player with relevant procurement experience preferred.Proficient in Office software (particularly Excel), ERP, and OA systems.Excellent communication and coordination skills with a strong sense of teamwork.Quick learner, honest, dependable, highly responsible, and positive with strong professional values.At least 3 years or more relevant experience.Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
