This is an exceptional opportunity to do purposeful, meaningful work and help change the world for generations to come, joining a scale-up team who are delivering first to market solutions.Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and results-driven SaaS Sales Lead to drive the sales effort for new innovative SaaS platform (Me/Redefined) supporting employees over 50 with life and career transition at this phase of life. Our platform provides a coaching and learning experience which is immersive and designed to help them feel inspired and not retired. The role sits within our Sales and Delivery team.The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the HR landscape, is experienced in selling SaaS solutions (and ideally HR Technology solutions), with proven sales track record.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Execution:Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential clients.Identify and pursue new sales opportunities against our ideal client profile working closely with Marketing and Outreach to maximise opportunities.Deliver presentations and product demonstrations (in conjunction with the Me/Redefined Customer Success Manager) to HR decision makers with a view to moving clients through the sales cycle.Work closely with Sales Leadership to present deal structures and client solutions that align with our Company OKRs.Lead contract negotiations with clients working collaboratively with the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial Director to ensure optimal terms are negotiated.Build and maintain, strong and trusted relationships with key decision-makers with our ideal client profiles typically Chief People Officers, Global Heads of L&D, Chief Learning Officers and HRDs.Deliver against company OKRs and sales targets.Collaboration and Team Leadership:Collaborate and work productively with Product Management, Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and facilitate feedback loops from potential clients.Work closely with the wider Sales and Delivery teams to support cross-selling opportunities to existing clients.Sales Pipeline Management:Proactive management of sales pipeline (using our CRM) ensuring accurate and regular reporting is available tracking opportunities from lead generation to deal close.Track and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets. Focus on accurate capture of data and utilisation of our existing CRM and reporting solutions.Skills & ExperienceExperience 5+ years in a SaaS Sales role, ideally in L&D, HR Tech, or related space.SaaS & HR Tech/L&D Knowledge Familiarity with B2B SaaS models, employee engagement tools, and L&D/HR Tech platforms.Sales Performance Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.Relationship-Driven Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships with HR, L&D, and executive-level stakeholders.Commercial Acumen Experience in negotiating commercial terms, and identifying expansions, and upsell opportunities.Proactive & Problem-Solving Mindset Ability to anticipate customer needs, troubleshoot challenges, and provide strategic guidance.Excellent Communication Strong presentation, negotiation, emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.Our Culture:You will work in a collaborative environment amongst a group of highly motivated multigenerational team members.
