Relationship Director | Fintech | London (Hybrid) Were working with a high-growth AIM listed fintech to find an exceptional Relationship Director to lead a dynamic team and drive client success through cross and upsell initiatives. As Relationship Director, youll play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial strategy, nurturing client relationships, and leading a team of 10 Relationship Managers. Youll oversee a diverse book of clients and focus on delivering long-term value through effective cross-selling and upselling of tailored financial solutions. What youll be doing: Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of 10 Relationship Managers, fostering performance and growth. Managing and growing a book of key clients across multiple industry verticals. Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant financial and payment products. Collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape team targets and strategies. Playing a hands-on role in designing a high-impact commission structure that rewards success. What were looking for: A proven leader with experience managing relationship/account management teams. 7+ years experience in client portfolio management, ideally within fintech, FX, or B2B payments. Commercially driven mindset with a passion for building long-term client partnerships. A proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
