Our company iscommitted to excellence, providing top-tier service to our customers, and ensuring that ourstaff has the opportunity for continuous professional development and career progression.Role Overview:As a Senior Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the repair andmaintenance of a wide variety of vehicles, from everyday models to luxury and prestigebrands. With your advanced knowledge and experience, you will lead the team in diagnosingand solving complex vehicle issues, ensuring all work meets the highest standards. Yourleadership and expertise will contribute to the efficient operation of the workshop andcustomer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:? Oversee and carry out complex vehicle repairs, servicing, and diagnostics on allmakes and models, including luxury and prestige brands.? Provide leadership and mentorship to junior technicians, ensuring a high standard ofworkmanship and fostering a positive team environment.? Ensure all repairs are performed to manufacturer and industry standards, maintainingthe highest levels of quality and safety.? Use advanced diagnostic equipment and technology to identify and resolve vehiclefaults.? Train and develop junior team members, supporting their skill growth andprogression. ? Lead by example in maintaining an organized, clean, and safe work environment.? Liaise with management and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction andthe timely completion of tasks.? Complete detailed records of all work carried out, ensuring transparency andaccountability. Qualifications & Experience:?NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Repair and Maintenance (Essential).? 5+ years of experience as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership or similarenvironment (Essential).? Proven experience working on premium, luxury, and prestige vehicles (Essential).? Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience guiding and supporting ateam.? High-level diagnostic skills and experience with modern vehicle systems andtechnologies.?Full UK driving license (Essential).?
