Hybrid once training complete. Great public transport links!Salary: 12.60 p/h, 26,208.00 p/aShifts: Full time - 40hrs per week - hours worked between the hours of 07:00 and 01:00Training Duration: 3 weeks training onsite, 4 weeks grad bay onsiteProbity Requirements: Credit, Criminal, Sanctions and Fraud check will be completed. Also must be able to evidence the last 2 years employment history and the last 5 years address history.Description of the JobProvide a proactive and reactive service to make sure that our customers meet all of their financial arrangements in-line with their own financial goals.Key ResponsibilitiesAt first point of contact, provide outstanding customer service and help the organisation to achieve its goalsEducate customers in the different ways they can do their banking, supporting them in choosing the right service options for their personal needsAccurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures, while providing the customer with a seamless and positive experienceTake the correct actions to deliver good customer outcomes for any customer needs, regularly reviewing and taking mitigating actions when gaps are identified to ensure good customer outcomes.Join us as a Customer Service AdvisorWell look to you to deliver excellent service to our customers, keeping their needs and financial goals in mind at all timesYoull be educating customers in the different ways they can do their banking and supporting them in choosing the options that work best for themWere looking for a detail-orientated person to compliantly complete processes and procedures, while providing each customer with a seamless experienceWhat you'll doIn this role, youll conduct financial reviews with customers and provide them with accurate information, allowing them to make informed decisions on financial products and services. Youll hone your organisational skills as you manage your diary and balance proactive conversations with planned customer meetings.Your duties will include:Supporting the banks way of working to help as many customers as possibleMaintaining relationships with colleagues in your department to support customers and maintain an awareness of the wider aims of the businessResolving complaints and errors quickly and making sure that the relationship with the customer is fully restoredEnsuring each customer interaction leaves the customer satisfied that their needs have been met.The skills you'll needTo join us in this role, youll have experience of working in a customer service environment and managing relationships with customers.
