Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment. Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes. Requirements: Proven experience as a CNC Operative or similar role. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measurement tools. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
