Then this Sales Manager role could be for you! Working for a leading automotive retailer in the used car market, you'll be responsible for managing a team of Business Managers within the Central Funding Department, guiding them through the entire sales process from initial contact to final purchase. Key Responsibilities: Manage a Team of Business Managers to deliver outstanding customer service throughout the F&I Department (Finance & Insurance) Drive the team to exceed group F&I targets. Act as the finance expert during the sales process, assisting customers in securing suitable funding solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with our panel of lenders, staying updated on their latest policies and systems. To be successful, you'll need: At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager, focused on maximising F&I revenue. A proven track record of Customer Service Strong mentorship and coaching abilities Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail FCA Accreditation (or willingness to obtain) A full UK driving licence A professional appearance What we offer: 55,000 per annum plus uncapped commission Permanent contract Company car Interested?
