They provide over 160 work placement sessions a month for young people, helping them build confidence, independence, and workplace skills. Many of the teamincluding permanent staffare on the autism spectrum, creating a supportive, inclusive environment. You'll be part of the commercial chocolatier team, making delicious chocolates for local shops, businesses, and seasonal events. Its a fast-paced, creative, and hands-on role. What Youll Be Doing: Piping chocolate into moulds with precision Adding tasty fillings Packing and quality-checking finished products Maintaining hygiene standards Working alongside a diverse, supportive team Helping hit production goals while supporting others to learn What Were Looking For: A love of baking, chocolate making, or decorating cakes (professional or hobbyist!)
