At OFG, we work smarter so you can spend more time doing what makes you happy!Are you an innovative SEN Teacher committed to improving the lives of pupils and young people?We are looking for a SEN Teacher for our New Options School - Riseley GreenSchool in Riseley, Berkshire.The school will have capacity for 60pupils ages 4-16 years old and is due to open May 2025.Our New Options School will cater for pupilswho have ASC and Complex Needs.SEN TeacherRiseley Green School, Reading, RG7 1QFUp to 40,000 per annum,depending on experience (not pro rata)Monday to FridayTerm Time onlyPermanentUK Applicants only. As an SEN Teacher, you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupils achievement and ability to develop.For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to pupils, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. As part of Outcomes First Group, we are leading our sector in setting and delivering new approaches that provide measurable outcomes for those in our care.We are really proud to say that in 2024, Outcomes First Group were officially certified as a Great Place to Work for the fifth year running.About the roleTo secure high quality teaching, effective use of resources and improve standards of learning and achievement for all pupils in consultation with the Headteacher;To teach a range of subjects as necessary to ensure the effective delivery of the schools curriculums.
