These works form part of a major client account, with project values ranging from 1m to 3m and durations of up to 6 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and respected team delivering complex fit-outs and refurbishments across multiple UK sites. The role involves heavy travel and occasional stays away from home, so flexibility is a must. Ideal candidates will be based along the M4 / M5 corridor to allow easy access to sites nationwide. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full lifecycle of leisure refurbishment and extension projects. Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are completed on time and to specification. Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes strong programming skills are essential. Liaise with the client and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Ensure compliance with all relevant health 'safety regulations and company procedures. Requirements: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager on refurb/fit-out projects. Strong background in the leisure or hospitality sector preferred. Exceptional planning and programming capability. Willingness and ability to travel extensively and stay away as needed. Full UK driving licence. Package: Up to 75,000 basic salary (DOE) Competitive benefits package Travel and accommodation covered as require
