We are supporting the search for a high valued Estate Operations Manager Professional who holds proven experience in delivering quality contract soft services to a high standards.This key position will manage newly appointed, high value, complex, outsourced service partners to delivery all soft services across the estate which include cleaning, security, landscaping, window cleaning 'service yard areas.Candidates will hold proven experience in the delivery of high value contracts with key areas that include: -Lead & manage motivated teams to provide high end services, driving continuous improvementsDriving a "one team" ethosSetting & management across complex budgetsWorking closely with all site teams including security, health 'safety & technical servicesDevelop & implement operational strategies'Proactively be the point of contact for occupiersEnsuring full compliance across all areasDriving best practice across all areasManaging & motivating the Assistant Operations ManagerTaking on on call duties & dealing with emergency responsesCandidates will hold proven experience across high end / trophy assets, complex contract management delivery, along with H&S (ideally NEBOSH accreditation) & incident management experience.Contact me now for further details.
