Specialising in the design, planning, and production of bespoke exhibition stands, they partner with major brands to deliver unforgettable experiences.This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Project Manager to join a creative, fast-paced team and play a key role in delivering standout projects on a national and international scale.The RoleAs an Exhibition Project Manager, youll take ownership of delivering projects from brief to build. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, youll ensure each exhibition or event is delivered smoothly, on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.ResponsibilitiesManage exhibition stand and live event projects from start to finishOversee quoting, budgeting, scheduling, and project logisticsAct as the key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teamsLead project meetings and communicate updates across stakeholdersHandle on-site logistics during build-up and breakdownEnsure compliance with health and safety requirementsMaintain detailed project records using tools like HubSpot and Monday.comSupport and mentor junior team members within the project delivery functionRequirementsMinimum 3 years of project management experience within exhibitions or live eventsProven ability to manage multiple projects with budgets between 15K and 50KStrong understanding of event logistics and ability to interpret floorplansExcellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skillsA calm, proactive mindset with attention to detailFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleKnowledge of health and safety processes and best practicesWhats on OfferSalary up to 55,000 per annumCompany car allowanceHybrid working modelA collaborative, creative, and fast-moving work environmentOpportunities for career progression and professional developmentAbout Disrupt TalentAt Disrupt Talent, we specialise in connecting professionals with standout opportunities in the live events and exhibitions industry.
