Interim HR Business Partner Technology (12month FTC)8590K base + 1020 % completion bonus London EC2 / HybridMiddlemore has been retained by a global financialservices firm to secure an Interim HR Business Partner to cover maternity leave and lead the people agenda for a large Technology community spanning the UK (London), India, Africa and mainland Europe.What youll tackleEmbed a highperformance culture from onboarding through to exit - coaching leaders toward selfsufficiency.Partner with Tech executives on workforce planning, reward insight and agile talent moves.Handle complex ER overflow from a lean central ER team - litigationlevel cases included.Bring fresh ideas - then adapt when the answer is not always yes.Stay connected to our hubs - occasional travel to the region (1- 2 trips per year).Youll fit if youAre a proven HR generalist in banking, fintech or other fastpaced financialservices settings.Can influence, challenge and build genuine relationships across geographies and personalities.Stay handson and egofree in a flat, collaborative culture.Start: early July 2025 (well honour up to a 3month notice).Send CVs to luke.snowdon@middlemore.co.uk
