Salary: 67,000Benefits: Car Allowance + Extensive Benefits PackageLocation: MidlandsSector: HousebuildingOur client is an award winning regional housebuilder with numerous sites in the Midlands.Due to a number of developments going live, they are looking for an additional Senior Quantity Surveyor to work from their Regional Office and on site.The Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for providing the full commercial management on various housing projects from conception to completion Monitor and report build costs periodically reporting any savings and excesses. The recording of information relating to the works using COINS. Attendance at valuation meetings with the Senior Management and supply chain Production of project financial forecasts and reports, management, valuation and certification of payments for our supply chain Undertaking measurement exercises including cut and fill, infrastructure and superstructure elementsThe Person As an experienced Quantity Surveyor, this is an ideal role to take that next step up in your career.
