The ClientA leading investment advisory firm is seeking a 1-6+PQE lawyer with expertise in real estate finance lawyer to join its growing business in an execution focused role.This role is ideal for a legal professional looking to broaden their expertise and transition into more of a business role.The RoleAs a key member of the execution team, you will provide expert advice on a range of real estate finance deals across Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesTransaction execution on a variety of deals.Drafting, reviewing and negotiating standard form loan agreements, security documents, and related financing instruments and managing the underlying due diligence process.Managing legal risk and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulationsManaging relationships with external counsel when requiredThe Successful candidateQualified solicitor (UK or equivalent) with 1-6+ years' PQE real estate finance or securitisation experienceBackground in a leading law firm or in-house at a financial institutionCommercially minded with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Please note that candidates with the relevant experience outside of the above mentioned PQE level would be considered for this position
