Mind Partners is an executive search firm with offices in London, Paris and New York. We specialise in retained headhunting for executives, senior management, and experts. We are now partnering with Aquatools UK, a subsidiary of Delabie group, to appoint their Sales Director in charge of the UK.Expert in water hygiene, Aquatools specialises in the manufacture of anti-Legionella and all-germ point-of-use filters for healthcare facilities. Aquatools is a market leader in France and is now expanding in Europe and the US. As part of the company's growth, they are willing to develop their presence in the UK. The role of the Sales Director is strategic but also operational as you will be expected to develop your own sales region alongside the Regional Sales Managers you will be recruiting. We are looking for highly driven sales professionals with an established network within the NHS and other private health care providers in the UK.The role will report to the International Business Director.This is a remote position based in the UK.ResponsabilitiesGenerating and executing sales plans and strategies to sell Aquatools product ranges to meet UK revenue targets.Representing Aquatools at regional healthcare conferences/exhibitions and trade-shows, meeting with state departments of health, building relationships and educating your prospects on Aquatools' range of products.Working closely with strategic prospective customersBuilding strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and consultants.Building relationships with NHS decision makersWorking with hospitals and regional hospital systems (NHS Trusts) to gain opportunities, evaluations, sales and contracts for long term sales.Managing customers and key opinion leaders databaseSetting the qualitative and quantitative objectives and following up on the activity and the performance indicators (KPIs) of the team.Managing, coaching and supporting the Sales team and organising meetings on a regular basisChecking weekly activity reports of the RSMs and analysing their CIO resultsCreate a pioneer, innovative and a strong team spiritValidating weekly expenses for the sales teamSupervising and managing the annual holidays of the sales teamReporting to the International Sales Manager.RequirementsGood notion of French and fluent English with excellent communication skillsIdeally educated to a degree level in business related studiesStrong knowledge of the UK health system and proven track record of existing NHS or private healthcare networkPrevious experience in management, including mentoring, coaching and showcasing strong leadershipStrong new business development experience - excellent negotiating skills and previous experience preparing tendersDriving-licence and holding a passport as there will be some travel to France BenefitsBasic salary and bonus based on KPIsCompany car Private health care
