LoveGunn are looking for a Junior Designer.The RoleLoveGunn is an award-winning branding agency, established in 2017. Were straight talking, collaborative and curious, and work closely as a team to create outstanding work.As Junior Designer at LoveGunn you will be hands on, getting involved in all aspects of agency life. You will support our design team in various creative tasks, bring clever copywriting to each project, contribute fresh ideas, and support our team in delivering exceptional work. If youre someone who loves tackling design challenges, creating stand-out branding, and maybe dabbling in a little motion design we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality designs for digital, branding, and print projectsCollaborate with the team on design, marketing, and strategy to bring ideas to lifeParticipate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, social media content, and marketing materialsConduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform design and tone of voice decisionsManage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while maintaining high-quality workBe on time once briefed, discuss timings with project manager and agree how long it will takeFocus on collaboration. Volunteering ideas on existing client accounts and new business opportunities/pitchesExperienceA strong portfolio showcasing projects from concept to deliveryA self-starter, able to work independently (though always with the support of the team!)12 years of experience working in a design studio environmentGood skills with Adobe Creative SuiteStrong conceptual thinking and the ability to clearly articulate ideas to both the team and clientsGood attention to detail is a mustExperience in motion design is a plusWhat We Offer25,000 - 30,000 (DOE)4 day week working patternHybrid workingPersonal development and trainingCompetitive salary, based on experienceWorkplace pension contributions of up to 4%20 days of annual leave, including public holidaysTime off between Christmas and New YearIf this excites you, come join us!
