Salter Grange is currently recruiting for an Electrical Construction Manager to join a Leading Engineering Contractor on a large a 95M Commercial Development in Central London.Ideally, candidates will have boast experience working as an Electrical Construction Manager on large fast track construction projects such as industrial, Aviation, Healthcare, Pharma or Commercial Experience. With ambitious growth plans, our client needs hard-working, open-minded individuals to join the team and embark on their journey.Electrical Construction Manager Responsibilities:Management of all day-to-day site operationsManagement of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels. Ensure that there is a weekly minuted meetings with subcontractors.Ensure direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours are reported to time administrator for tracking centrally.Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover MeetingsRecord weekly safety stats & project labour projections.Ensure that there are weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are being captured and costs issued to the client.Develop and implement company procedures with the package managersElectrical Construction Manager Requirements:A trade background and 5 - 7 years previous experience managing large installation projects and sub-contractors.Proven record of supervising and managing large installation projectsExperienced in design and buildIf you are a driven Electrical Construction Manager looking to join a successful company with a busy pipeline of work apply with your CV to the link provided or call Julia at 07523698852.
