We build high performing, high quality REMOTE technology teams and Product Grade Software for our clients.We are the experts in remote workforce mobilisation, we are Remobi.The role:We are looking for a Client Engagement Principal to join Remobi as we continue to build our sales team, servicing enterprises across Europe and beyond.We are looking for someone that shares our passion for helping clients.As with all our teams, this is a remote or hybrid role (London Office). We will provide you with all the essential support and tools to not only build a team, but your own remote community.Key Responsibilities:Business development activities across Europe offering Remobi service offerings to prospective clients.Creating industry specific campaigns to offer Remobi servicesWork closely alongside Solution Delivery and Recruitment to create team and product proposals for ~Remobi clientsContribute to business development strategy ideas and provide market insights to leadership across given regionsUtilising data insights to strategically target prospective client partnersAccount Servicing & Relationship Management:Serve as the main point of contact for major account clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment.Manage recruitment requirements, ensuring the right talent is assigned and SLAs are met.Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring smooth processes.Partner with Account Managers to forecast hiring needs and establish robust talent pipelines.Work with Community Managers to ensure seamless onboarding and retention of top talent.Champion a solutions-oriented culture, identifying and resolving issues proactively.Your background:18+ months experience in a Sales or Commercial environmentAbility to work in a fast paced scale up environmentYou have your own initiative and are not afraid to think outside the boxThe maturity to work in an output based environmentExcellent communication skillsA passion for technology and participating in wider community discussion - desirable
