Youll work on cutting-edge omics and machine learning projects using non-invasive epigenetic data to develop predictive diagnostics and personalized treatments.Key Responsibilities:Develop ML models for epigenetic data Analyze DNA methylation and integrate clinical/phenotypic dataBuild and scale analysis pipelines on AWSCollaborate with a cross-functional R&D teamPresent findings and contribute to strategic decisionsRequirements:MSc/PhD or equivalent in Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, CS, or related field+2 years experience in Data Science outside of Academia Strong Python and cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure) skillsExperience with NGS data, version control, and CI/CDBonus Skills:Experience with DNA methylation and GWASFamiliarity with research governance and secure data environmentsInterest in AI/ML integration in healthtech
