The technology is clients to improve processes across their business.Main roles and responsibilities of the Graduate Customer Success Manager include:Work with internal teams to deliver successful live customer projects from planning stages to final reviewAct as a product expert for customersUnderstand the individual use cases and needs of each customerProvide advice, educate and train customers on how to use the productDeliver training of the product and propose workflow solutionsWork with the support and technical operations teams to co-ordinate and resolve technical issuesWork with leading organisations and help them obtain value from the productRequirements for the Graduate Customer Success Manager roleGraduated with a minimum 2:1 in Law or a scientific or analytical based disciplineHighly-detail oriented with a problem-solving attitudeAbility to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment whilst delivering to deadlinesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenArticulate with a desire to improve customer-facing skills and present to individuals with varying degrees of knowledgeOrganised with excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritise effectivelyLanguages useful but not essential: German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch ideal however any language is a bonus.
