Youll be working across a diverse range of clients and projects, from branding, digital design, campaigns, social content, and more. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with solid experience under their belt, whos ready to take the next step in their design career.Youll bring fresh ideas, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. As a Middleweight Designer, youll play a key role in shaping creative output, supporting senior designers, and mentoring juniors where needed.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute high-quality creative concepts across digital, print, and branding projectsCollaborate closely with the wider creative, digital, and strategy teamsContribute to brainstorms and idea generation sessionsWork on projects from concept through to final artworkPresent ideas internally and (when required) to clients with confidenceStay current with design trends and bring fresh thinking to the teamSupport in mentoring junior designers and providing constructive feedbackDigital and print artworking About You35 years of experience in a similar design role, ideally within an agency settingA portfolio showcasing a strong mix of creative thinking and execution across multiple formatsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD/Figma)Experience working with brand guidelines, typography, and layout principlesStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workExcellent time management and organisational skillsConfident communicator who enjoys working in a team environmentBonus Points ForAnimation/motion graphics experienceUI/UX skills or experience designing for webCopywriting or content creation abilitiesWhat Youll GetA creative, supportive and collaborative work cultureOpportunities to grow your skills and take ownership of exciting projectsCompetitive salary based on experience25 days holiday plus bank holidaysBirthday day off, plus a sh!t happens day3pm finish on FridaysCompany pensionPrivate health insurance Cycle to work schemeRegular team socials and development daysHow to applySend us an up to date portfolioTell us why we need you!Closing date for applications: Friday 13th June
