With the support of your peers you take the challenge to deliver consistently and reduce the development lead times, mitigate the risks, build into the initial time plan, as well as ensuring cost of goods, quality and service requirements are achieved. Reporting into the Global Senior NPD Project Manager, it is a truly exciting time to join the business.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with our Global Marketing Team of new product briefs, to ensure design-to cost, profitability, sustainability and innovationCollaborate with cross functional partners throughout the NPD launch cycleManage product launches, projects development, and project management activities to assure timeline and cost-effective new product launchesPrepare and monitor Feasibility Costs, Cost Of Good & Gross Margin Analysis, in connection with Finance (Procurement, Cost Control and Financial Management) for your projectsAnticipate, assess and manage risks related to timing, quality, and cost of NPD projectsOptimize launch process, tools and proceduresCustodian of the Stage Gate process About youMore than 4 years of project management experience with responsibility for launching global products, involving cross-functional working with operations teamsExperience in developing products and packaging within the beauty industry (ideally in perfume, skincare, or make-up), especially for luxury marketsAbility to work in a fast-paced, international project context with strong relationship management and influencing skillsCreative and innovative mindsetAnalytical with strong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, with fluency in French highly desirable
