If you're looking for a role working within a vibrant company, great flexibility and a rewarding career then please apply!ResponsibilitiesCo-ordinate and deliver the companies organising and membership infilling projects. This will involve collaborating with representatives, activists, and officers at the pilots place or location of work.Assist in campaigns leading to recognition of the companies with Employers.Responsible for associate members including the presentation and organising of Trainee members and RPAS as a future membership community.Undertake all administrative functions including report writing, securing revenue and member tracking to ensure activities are conducted efficiently and effectivelyMaintain and enhance the provision of the companies Careers Services including careers communications and redundancy support.Work with the nextGen Steering Group to arrange meetings and provide support on strategy planning.Maintaining a foot hold in identified flying schools and improve membership through identification and implementation of strategies to engage and retain members and cultivate ambassadors.Arrange sporadic training and recruitment events around the UK and market these events effectively.Arrange the companies attendance at careers events including managing staff attendance and arranging travel and accommodation.When required, arrange Webinars for career or training support.Experience RequiredHolder of a UK or relevant Driver's LicencePrevious experience of presentingGreat communication and written skillsBe able to work independently This role is a fixed term contract of 6-12 months with the possibility of a permanent role
