Job Overview A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Concierge Receptionist to join our clients site in Horsham, a global asset management firm, for a 6 month Maternity cover. As part of our Reception Concierge team, you will work collaboratively with our clients employees to deliver the future of an agile, connected, and high performing workplace. You will be responsible for ensuring a first-class employee experience and supporting our clients employees to improve their day to day working experience. Hours: Monday to Friday with various shift patterns between 8am - 6pm as required Key Responsibilities Meet and greet all visitors, providing outstanding customer service to all employees and visitors of the officeAssists employees in a friendly, professional, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessaryDay to day responsibility of SLAs and service deliveryActs as the site liaison for the services delivered on siteResponsible for keeping up to date and trained in all concierge reception processes Managing and taking ownership of the client Reception area and Client meeting roomsManaging the Switchboard and FM helpdesk, supporting as a key user and training other staff to support as requiredClient meeting room assistance, chairs, table move, AV supportResponsible in ensuring a high level of customer service is demonstrated and adhered to in all dealings with clientsTo be flexible to work in any service area as required, rota and on an Adhoc basisTo support colleagues and work as a team to achieve the best results for clientsResponsible for tracking own activity and report on daily activityTo wear the Concierge reception uniform provided along with any PPE requiredResponsible for complying with health and safety and site operational proceduresAd-hoc Concierge reception tasks as requested by the Leadership and Management teamSkills and Attributes we are looking for Previous experience in concierge/ reception/ front of house/ hospitality roles is desiredAbility to always maintain a positive attitude and professional toneTrue desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environmentAbility to interact with employees and visitors effectively with tact and diplomacyDecision-making skills and ability to use own initiative to answer questionsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle situations with sensitivity Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skillsProactive approach to work with an eye for detailProblem-solving and critical thinking skillsOrganisational skills and a methodical approach to dealing with the varied needs of the employeesStrong IT skills, competent in Microsoft Office 365 applications to intermediate levelFlexible to change shifts at short noticeAbility to learn quickly and follow core processesPlease note that due to the high volume of responses we receive, only successful applicants will be contacted.We are an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage job applications from people of all backgrounds.
