Youve seen inside fast-growing startups, consulted on business transformation, or helped scale innovation in a dynamic environment. What Youll Do:Be the CEOs strategic right hand helping steer quarterly priorities, aligning teams, and delivering high-impact resultsLead a portfolio of innovation and R&D projects, including international pilotsMake collaboration seamless across the company by spotting friction points and proactively solving themDrive our operating rhythm from monthly reviews to whole-company workshops and offsitesUse tech tools and sharp insights to accelerate decision-making and streamline executionWork across functions to turn bold ideas into reality, fast What You Bring:A mix of academic smarts (degree + relevant masters or equivalent experience) and real-world experience (5+ years)Time in consulting, startups, or innovation-focused rolesStrong writing, planning, and communication chops you can turn chaos into clarityComfort in energy, infrastructure, mobility, or clean tech sectors is a plusWillingness to travel and be present at least 23 days a week in our Wakefield HQ Why This Role?
