We are recruiting for an AML Manager to join a dynamic team in an International law firm. If you're passionate about risk management, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!In this role, youll work closely with the MLRO and senior compliance professionals to ensure firmwide compliance with AML regulations. Youll play a key role in shaping AML policies, overseeing the team, and driving process improvements that keep the business protected and ahead of the curve.Were looking for someone with several years of experience in risk and compliance. If youve led teams before and have a solid understanding of AML requirements, we want to hear from you.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting senior professionals in ensuring compliance with AML legislation and guidanceManaging and mentoring the team, ensuring workload is handled effectively and efficientlyDeveloping and refining AML policies, procedures, and risk assessmentsKeeping up to date with AML developments and communicating changes across the firmLeading training sessions to educate teams on AML requirements and best practicesCollaborating with compliance teams to maintain a seamless operationMonitoring the firms Source of Funds and Wealth procedures to ensure financial integrityWere looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and a natural ability to solve problems under pressure.
