Our mission is to accelerate the development of life-changing therapies by providing world-class scientific services to biotech and pharmaceutical companies across the globe.We are now looking to expand our commercial team with a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager in Europe.As Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. You'll identify, engage, and secure new clients while nurturing long-term relationships with existing partners. Your scientific understanding and commercial acumen will enable you to communicate complex solutions and tailor the offerings to client needs.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a robust business development strategy across the European market.Identify and approach potential clients in the biotech and pharma sectors.Build strong relationships with decision-makers and KOLs. Promote our full suite of drug discovery services.Attend conferences, networking events, and industry forums.Collaborate closely with scientific and project management teams to deliver proposals and close deals.Maintain a CRM and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field (PhD is a plus).Proven track record (3-7+ years) in BD or sales within a CRO Drug Discovery background. Strong network in biotech/pharma across Europe.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strategic mindset with the ability to work autonomously.Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.Based in Europe, with Flexiblity to travel.
