Assist in expanding rental advertising platforms to increase property exposure and attract tenants;2. Assist in processing rental applications and screening tenants;3. Assist in arranging property viewings, consultations, and the move-in process;4. Maintain good relationships with tenants, partners, property management companies, and owners to expand business opportunities;5. Assist with property inspections, collecting rental photos and information, and handling property-related mail;6. Cooperate with department leaders to complete other tasks.1. 2. 3. Job Requirements1.
