We are recognized for our innovative approach, use of the latest technology, and our commitment to excellence, as evidenced by our CQC Good Rating and the consistently excellent reviews we receive on Reviews.co.uk.The Role:We now have a position available for a HCA's with local anaesthetic theatre experience to join our team to assist the Consultant Dermatologists and Surgeons in clinic.The role involves working across our three London Clinics; Oxford Circus, Harley Street and Moorgate as required.Main Duties will includeSupport the clinicians in delivery of first class outpatient care (chaperoning and theatre work)Supporting Doctors with minor procedures and providing screening services autonomously to patientsEnsure the theatre area is cleaned in accordance with infection control policiesEnsuring that the theatre consumables are well stocked and ready for useLiaison with the administrative team to prepare for Consultant clinic lists and provide relevant information post listGeneral medical administration incl. histopathology forms, results etcPerson SpecificationPrevious outpatient experienceMinor Operations experience - 2 year required, skin surgery preferred but not essentialStrong organisational and multitasking skills in a busy environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical software (training provided where needed).Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Working Hours & Benefits:Part-time role 8 hours per week (weekdays and Saturdays), with the opportunity for overtime and additional hours.Potential to transition to a full-time role based on future demand.Competitive salary of 30,000 FTE + monthly bonuses (pro-rata).Modern, well-equipped clinics in the centre of London.Opportunities for training and development.Staff discounts and company benefits.About The Mole ClinicThe Mole Clinic is a leader in skin cancer screening and mole removal, dedicated to early detection and high-quality patient care.
