Warehouse/Depot ManagerLocation: Newry Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pmWe are seeking a proactive and organised Warehouse/Depot Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and stock control within our Newry depot. This role involves managing warehouse functions, including inventory handling and site logistics. In addition, you will support the Build Manager by helping to record and assess on-site work completion. Full training will be provided for this aspect of the role.Key ResponsibilitiesDepot & Warehouse OperationsMaintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised yard and warehouse areaSign for and scan deliveries into the ERP system, and run transfer reportsManage timely and accurate correspondence for confirming or disputing deliveriesOversee inventory tracking, including detailed record-keeping and regular auditsPrepare orders and materials for sub-contractor collectionMonitor inventory levels and reconcile any discrepancies or wastageSite Support & Work AssessmentCollaborate with the Build Manager to help record and assess on-site work completion (no prior knowledge required - full training provided)Use desktop systems to perform daily checks on site work and assess overall qualityProvide structured feedback to subcontractors regarding work status and standardsThis position offers a mix of warehouse-based duties and support for on-site project tracking.
